A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing and our workouts are constantly varied, meaning every day is different!


Do you have active teens who want to get better at their chosen sports, or just love being fit? CrossFit sessions for 13-18 year-olds will improve: fitness stamina endurance mobility agility strength speed (and they’ll learn some cool tricks too).
